Historia
This is the way the world ends...for the last time. It starts with the great red rift across the heart of the world's sole continent, spewing ash that blots out the sun. It starts with death, with a murdered son and a missing daughter. It starts with betrayal, and long dormant wounds rising up to fester. This is the Stillness, a land long familiar with catastrophe, where the power of the Earth is wielded as a weapon. And where there is no mercy.

If you could sum up The Fifth Season in three words, what would they be?
Excellent, Erudite, Engaging
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Fifth Season?
A notable style choice in the book is the narrators use of Second Person perspective (IE "You look up from your thoughts..."). The moment when this changes - when the narrator reveals his or her identity and the whole story seems to spin on its axis is truly spectacular.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Yes. Several actually, but saying more would provoke spoilers.
Any additional comments?
You should really just stop debating and check this book out. Its easily one of the best origional works I've read in years. Its currently appearing on a lot of award shortlists and for good reason.

Historia
The Dragon Healer of Tone is an epic fantasy about the life of Terra, the human whose fate is tied to the Dragon World of Tone's future. Many seasons ago, a great wizard started a war that drove the humans to the misty valleys along the coast. Terra was the first male born with the magic of healing for hundreds of sets of seasons. He is the hope of the world, even though few know of his existence. As a child, he was taken from his family and was raised by the great coastal dragons. Only the dragons and a few others that have been awaiting his birth know of him and his powers.

A fine reader can't save a terrible book
Revisado: 11-17-15
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
This book features all the hallmarks of sophomoric writing. The writer really needs to learn to show and not tell.
Would you ever listen to anything by A.D. Adams again?
No.
What about Andrew Tell’s performance did you like?
The voice acting was top notch.
What character would you cut from The Dragon Healer of Tone: World of Tone: Book 1?
All of them? But lets start with the presumed narrator of the story.
