Exhausted
Revisado: 12-16-22
I can’t say I was particularly thrilled with this book. It kind of jumps all over the place so it gets a little difficult to follow. There were definitely interesting bits as of course I’m a fan. Glad he’s headed the right direction, but based on the entire book, you can’t even believe that’s likely. That’s OK too it’s a true story. I never knew how bad of shape he was in though. So that was very interesting. Regardless of how the book does, and I’m sure he’s still set for life. I hope he gets it figured out and sticks with his sobriety.

Historia
I’ve been in this life for fifty years, been trying to work out its riddle for forty-two, and been keeping diaries of clues to that riddle for the last thirty-five. Notes about successes and failures, joys and sorrows, things that made me marvel, and things that made me laugh out loud. How to be fair. How to have less stress. How to have fun. How to hurt people less. How to get hurt less. How to be a good man. How to have meaning in life. How to be more me. Recently, I worked up the courage to sit down with those diaries.

Really entertaining

Honestly didn’t think I’d care for it as I generally prefer business books. Made me laugh several times. Blasted through it in just a couple days of work commutes to Dallas. I’ll likely listen again!
Highly recommend!

This book was really interesting from a historical standpoint however the information is very outdated. The book was originally written in 1995.
