Historia
"I've been told that the entire continent of Antarctica groaned at the moment of my birth. The howl tore across glaciers, over mountains and deep into the ice. Everyone says so. Except for my father; all he heard was Mother's sobs. Not of pain, but of joy, so he says. Other than that, the only verifiable fact about the day I was born is that an iceberg the size of Los Angeles broke free from the ice shelf a few miles off the coast."

Historia
A phenomenon known as crustal displacement shifts the Earth's crust, repositioning continents and causing countless deaths. In the wake of the global catastrophe, the world struggles to take care of its displaced billions. But Antarctica, freshly thawed and blooming, has emerged as a new hope. Rather than wage a world war no nation can endure, the leading nations devise a competition, a race to the center of Antarctica, with the three victors dividing the continent.

I got sucked right in!
Revisado: 10-12-16
After reading the physical copy of this book I had to have more. I purchased the audio book so that I could listen to it at work as well. The book introduced to the world of the nephilim and of Antarktos, and I've been enthralled in it since.
For anyone who has read this book, and like me yearns for more, please consider listening to his serious of 5 books that take place in the same world. You won't regret it.

Incredible story
Revisado: 05-05-16
After beginning with the story from Antarktos Rising I was left with a thirst for more of this story. The 5 book saga absolutely quenched that thirst and then some. Not once did I feel that there was more to be desired from any of the 5 books of the saga and Jeremy Robinson did an incredible job of ensuring all story threads were neatly tied by the end of this book.
I can say with absolute honesty that I cannot wait to begin the series all over again. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for an action packed story.
Thank you for the opportunity to listen to this book and the saga as a whole.

Historia
I no longer exist. My kidnapping, breaking and corruption at the hands of the half-human, half-demon Nephilim began the journey to nothingness. I had hoped to one day rejoin my loved ones in the outside world, but before I realized it, 20 years had passed. Time is a distance I cannot traverse. If there is any memory of me, it is distant. Worse, the spirit of Nephil, used my connection with the continent to decimate the surface world. I've done horrible things in the past, but I'm now responsible for the deaths of billions.

Best book of the saga so far.
Revisado: 04-25-16
I was originally brought to this saga after being left with an insatiable desire for more of the story after reading Antarktos Rising. The previous books of this saga have been amazing, but the ties that this book made to the original story which captured and held my interest made me fall in love with this book. I plan to begin the next book immediately and can't wait to see where the story goes from here.

Historia
Sparked by a controversial debate in February 2014, Bill Nye has set off on an energetic campaign to spread awareness of evolution and the powerful way it shapes our lives. In Undeniable: Evolution and the Science of Creation, he explains why race does not really exist; evaluates the true promise and peril of genetically modified food; reveals how new species are born, in a dog kennel and in a London subway; takes a stroll through 4.5 billion years of time; and explores the new search for alien life, including aliens right here on Earth.

Childhood Hero
Revisado: 07-29-15
As a childhood fan of Bill Nye, I can't stress enough how influential he's been to my success as a student of the sciences. This book not only brought insight to his life and career, but also brought the topics discussed in his debate full circle with more in depth explanation without the time limit. I can't say how many times I plan to listen to this audio book but I can say that I have just completed my first listen and will be immediately be starting my second. Science Rules!
