Historia
I've seen it all.... A boy who planned to be the next school shooter. A patient with OCD whose loved ones really did suffer every time he missed a ritual. A choir boy who claimed he was being molested - not by a priest - but by God Himself. A patient with PTSD who gave me nightmares. A husband and wife who accused each other of abuse, and only one of them was telling the truth.

Iffy at first
Revisado: 08-28-21
I really enjoyed this book, I was just iffy at first. School shootings are a touchy subject for one and the character Dr. Harper really irritated me with the lack of care he used when trying to manage that scenario. It also started off a little shakey with the writing, but by the end I loved it. I've now finished the other two and can confidently say it was worth listening to and was all around amazing. I think where I started to enioy the book was from going from hating Dr. Harper to loving how irritable he is in a strange way. I'm not sure if that makes sense, but his character grew on me.

Historia
I'm a therapist, and I've worked with the wildest internet celebrities.... A vigilante who treated humans as factory farm animals. A germaphobe who warned of the next major plague. My own best friend. A rapist who got cancelled online — and in real life. A psychic medium with a disturbing prediction. And the last patient I ever worked with: The one who asked me to take them off life support. It all started with a big social media festival on a little island.

Great series
Revisado: 08-27-21
I really enjoyed this series. I got really worried for the ending for a second. I was going to be upset if Dr. Harper didn't learn from his experience, but he did. I love Noah, his ditzy moments did stress me out at times. But he was a great addition. i love how he's a hopeless romantic.

Hooked
Revisado: 08-26-21
When I listened to this book, I hated it. I hated Dr. Harper and the way he practiced psychiatry. But I kept listening and started enjoying the story. I was hooked by the end of the first book. This second book kept me hooked from the beginning and now Im moving to the third book! Dr. Harper still gets on my nerves at times, but his character's grown on me.
