Damn, it's good!

about 6 books into the heresy and I decide to read the Primarchs books. Robute was so/so but by all that's holy I would hate to be the book that follows this. The voice acting is amazing, the portrayal of the culture of the wolves is fantastically immersive, there are themes! like, actual subtext that runs throughout the whole story. The story is nuanced and meaty yet accessible, very easy to visualize (very well aided by the incredible vocal performance), with real characters that have complex motives and goals. have I mentioned how good the voice acting is in this? Russ and the Lion distinctively voiced, each one having their own tone and life through the masterful interpretation of Jonathan Keeble. Much like Batman will forever be Kevin Conroy, Russ and the Lion will ever be Jonathan Keeble. Chris Wraight has made a forever fan here. His story bringing life to the grim darkness of an era that will know only war

it's a fun book, and clearly someone's internal fantasy. don't expect realistic reactions from the books characters and you can really enjoy the narrative. the author has talent and the audio performance is great. I'll probably pick up the next book when it comes out.

interesting book about nagash's frame of mind. Fun story about Tamara and Neferata. who knew unholy knights could also make interesting and multidimensional characters.

Another great book

Kel Kade and Nick Podehl have, once again, knocked it out of the park. This is one of the best continuing fantasy series out there. I wait, impatiently, for the next installment in this wonderful series. that said, keep up the quality, I'll wait for it. Can't wait to see what happens to Rezkin and Tam in the next book!

A wonderful look into the culture of the wolves

well, I'm now a hopeful fan of Josh Reynolds. Excellently subversive armed all together very well written. the planning was good the story and characters are mostly fleshed out, the voice acting is spot on. I tip my hat to third team. well done.

Pretty damned good!

this series had gotten better with every book. I haven't felt this kind of anticipation for a new book sense the 1990s. Kel Kade is rapidly rising to join with the likes of Robert Jordan, Margaret Wise and Tracy Hickman, David Eddings, and William King. I only hope that the quality and clarity of these books continue, truly wonderful work.
