There’s a message for everyone in this book!

I stumbled onto Simon speaking on a TED talk and felt a connection with his message. I was working on building a company myself at the time and was focusing on what most people starting a company focus on; HOW we are going to do what we wanted and WHAT we were offering. But as Simon says, if you don’t start with WHY you are doing what you are doing others won’t either.
If you are, or have created a business, even a currently successful business, or no business at all but question what you are currently doing AKA your job, you will benefit from listening to Simons message and reflect on where you are today and what you can do to change where you will be tomorrow.

This book was referred over and over by others who I’ve looked to for guidance and leadership in my desire to create my own business. I had an idea of what that meant but not really. This book revealed my current situations of owning a job(s) and how that is vastly different from where I want to be of owning a business. Within the first few chapters I knew this was pure gold and absolutely applicable to help make better, strategic plans for building the business I have in mind.
