Relentless fear, chest pain, heart palpitations, and shortness of breath, among other things, are signs you’re having an anxiety or panic attack. Both may feel similar - this is because they share a lot of emotional and physical symptoms. However, an anxiety attack is a different condition from a panic attack. Anxiety can build gradually and is usually linked to an event, situation, or experience that’s perceived as threatening or stressful. Panic attacks, however, often occur out of the blue, and aren’t always cued by stressors.

I gave 5 stars because it simply takes you by the hand to where you want to go, step by step you finally reach the finish line! It is a real instruction manual to create the impossible !!! Except that you REALLY realize that the impossible simply becomes Possible. Clear and frank writing without turns of words or false tracks. You immediately understand the great experience of the writer and above all, it makes you able to ask the right questions and look a little!
