Rachel Vincent is by far my favorite author so this review may be a little biased.
Anyway I love this series. I was kind of bummed when I found out this book was more about Corey than Liv and Cam but boy was I wrong.
Shadow bound lives up to the expectations of the first book blood bound as well as the shifters series which came before. Ever other chapter is told by Corey and Ian. 10 for 10 I would buy this again. Love it.
As for the narration I wasn't a fan. Her voice is soooo monotone it's a good thing the story is lively or I would have fallen asleep.

Rachel Vincent is one of my favorite authors. I love the shifter series and the wildcats series. And blood bound did not disappoint! At first I wasn't feeling it but by the second chapter I was hooked. This story is fast pased and pulls you deeper with every word. I loved everything about this novel, and can't wait to finish the series. And am hoping to see some familiar faces with the second book. The only displeasure I had was the narrator. Very monotone, not at all with the story.

A probably biased review

I love Rachel Vincent and the shifters series. I've been reading the series since Jr. High school, and still love it in my early 20's.
I won't give anything away but Shift book 5 does kind of drag in the biginning but of course once you get into it you can't put it down. I find it easier listening since I have read the series so many times, it's nice to listen while I'm at work.
The narrator however I'm not a fan of. Her voice is very mono tone and doesn't differentiate much between characters. There are small snippets of music here and there as well which I think is unnecessary. Thankfully I've read the series so much I'm able to tune out all of this and let my imagination wonder with the words. Which is how I think it should be.
But anyway, I would recommend this series to anyone. By far my favorite series along with Harry Potter.
