I love the Nightingale Conant programs. The Silva programs are the best, especially with Ed Bernard Jr. I like how this program is broken up into small sessions no more than 40 minutes. My favorites are in this program. I have three or four of the Silva ultra mind audios. I can never learn enough & the more clarity, I have the better I become. This Hass to be the next best thing to an actual seminar or one on one training. Priceless!

The best Silva Method Training I have experienced.

I love the exercises and stories. I love the way Nightingale does it they put it in small little edible chapters about 30 to 45 minutes. This is perfect for listening in the car or a workout. But whatever you do get this program. There are other programs and books, but this is the best one that’s practical for me. I recommend it all the time. I wish you the best!
