Eh it’s a little too much
Revisado: 06-18-23
It’s good but it’s chaos and too unfortunate dramatic upsetting and drawn out. It has potential but it’s a bit boring in its intensity if that makes sense. The hero needs more wins that are not so spread out.

Couldn’t get passed the first 2 min
Revisado: 10-06-22
This is so disappointing to hear a story about hijabi’s and it has so much profanity and inappropriateness. That goes against our religion. It’s a very weird book would not recommend, the words are so not necessary and to that extent. So disgusted.

Historia
The Bible predicts that in the last days a charismatic leader will establish a global following in the name of peace. The Qur’an also predicts that a man will rise up to lead the nations, pledging to usher in an era of peace. The man in the Qur’an is called the Mahdi, or Islam’s savior. However, the man in the Bible is the Antichrist. Joel Richardson’s stunning research and analysis suggest that the Mahdi and the Antichrist are actually one and the same.

Historia
When Emma moves to Astoria, Oregon, she is given two rules: #1 - don’t cross to “their” side of the street. #2 - don’t mess with the elites, especially Lexen Darken, top elite and resident bad boy. While she finds this both weird and insulting, Emma has no actual intention of breaking these rules - until her guardians go missing. Now all bets are off. Only a single line separates her side of the street from the elites', and she's crossing it.

too sexual, her books are great fo the story line.
Revisado: 11-15-18
The book is too repetitive from the phrases she uses, they are too frequent and the book is too awkward and sexual.

Historia
Seraph Black used to think that she was prepared for anything. She could last days without eating and she always walked away from the violent altercations with her father relatively unharmed. She survived working at the club and the drive to school every day in her mother's rust-bucket of a car...but it all changed when Noah and Cabe came bulldozing into her life, careless of the precious secrets they picked apart in their quest to take over her world. She was even less prepared for the mysterious Miro and Silas, and nothing could have prepared her for the bond. The connection.

If you could sum up Charcoal Tears in three words, what would they be?
Her voice is so annoying i wish i didnt buy the book. I cannot even focus on the storie because of her weird breathy voice. Its so monotone.

Historia
Hi, I'm Alexis Delaney. I'm your average 17-year-old girl. Except I can see the dead. And talk to the dead. And push them away and, well, help them move on. For years I've been struggling to survive the souls still roaming around. The shitheads always seem to find me. Moving from town to town every few months never helped either. More dead just always find me. But things are changing for me now. I'm moving in with my uncle Rory and cousin Tara. I'm finally going to be able to do normal teenage stuff I've been missing out on. Right?

Good but could be amazing
Revisado: 08-22-17
Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?
Yes, this could possibly be one of the best books I have ever read. It could have a cult following the only problem is the book is ruined by way too much cursing and i mean every other word. And lack of more of a vocabulary. It makes the author seem un educated by the amount of redundancy in this book. Its very disappointing because the plot is sooo good. The book itself has such potential it just needs to be passed through a better editor. There are also random parts of the story that have no purpose. Its really good to have emense detail I love love love that. But when the detail has a purpose. Then there are other times that there is not enough detail. You get the sense that the author is new but has A LOT of potential. It is a really really good book if it was a bit more polished. Looking forward to the next books!! It is also really awkward and uncomfortable how they brig up "cycle" and that her boobs are soar. It was very cringy and I almost wanted to stop reading.
If you’ve listened to books by B. L. Brunnemer before, how does this one compare?
This is the first one they published.
Have you listened to any of Kris Koscheski and Carla Mercer-Meyer ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Not sure.
If this book were a movie would you go see it?
Absolutely, if it was a LOT less cursing like cut in thirds and a little more vocabulary. It would potentially be my favorite movie of all time!
