Fun Traditional Mystery

All of the evidence was there, you just have to put it together for yourself. That's the most fun part of a good mystery for me. Can't wait for more books like this from Christopher Huang

It didn't even make any sense?!

So I like a good mystery, but only when the result is logical. The actions of the characters didn't follow any logical pattern, and the murders themselves didn't seem to have much of a motive. And what little motive they had didn't seem to explain any of the eccentricities of their actions.

What a great fun mystery! The story was well developed and the narration added a pleasant feel to the listen. And of course the ending: was there a killer? Who did it? What was a real clue?

if they like soap operas, then i might recommend it. it's not for someone who likes a good mystery though.

What was most disappointing about Sheri Cobb South’s story?

that the mystery wasn't the focus of the story. there were a bunch of silly artificial distractions.

Did Joel Froomkin do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

he was better than normal

Fun Mystery, 10 minutes too long though

Fun cozy, interesting characters, and a good solution. Definitely worth a listen. Not sure why the author tacked on the part at the end. Seemed pretty pointless.

It was not her best work. Characters were irritating, the setting underwhelming, and the ending fell flat. All this compared to her usual work. Still a good listen.

Yes, there were a lot of different turns in the plot, and subtly buried details that made it important to stay attentive

Narrator Can't Do an Irish Accent

Would you listen to Buried in a Bog again? Why?

If there was an Irish or British narrator probably. Or even an American who could do an Irish accent. The reading was painful

What didn’t you like about Amy Rubinate’s performance?

As bad as I've ever heard. She'd be fine reading American works though, just not Irish or British.
