But this book actually gave me practical steps that made a difference. Within a few days, I noticed deeper sleep, fewer wake-ups, and more energy in the morning just from following the tips the book recommended. The best part? The tips are easy to follow and actually fit into a busy lifestyle. I would highly recommend this book!

This book is a conversation starter in the way that it made me start having conversations! I have problems focusing and talking to people but this book gave me strategies and tip on how to do it efficiently! I feel so much calmer in these situations now and am very happy with all this book taught me. It was amazing!

I am not a parent myself but am instead a babysitter. The kids were... just... terrible. I was able to implement many of the things talked about in this book in order to manage them when I babysit. It didn't fix everything but I've also only just started so I'm sure things will keep getting better. It is no longer torture to babysit these kids! I am so thankful that I was able to learn from this book. My life is now substantially better. Thank you!

This book turned my emotional intelligence up to a super hero level. I feel like I am twice as healthy as I was before reading this book. It helped me skyrocket my brain into an emotional balance I've never had before. I used to be overwhelmed and depressed but now it is smooth sailing. This super book made me reflect upon my life choices and break the cycle of rage and aggression that was bringing me down. Thanks Lauren. You helped save my mental state.

This book was amazing for me and my quest to live a healthier life. I have been trying to lose weight but keep hitting walls, but with this book, I feel like I am finally getting past them. It taught me not only the physical side of wellness but also the mental one, which is a step I have been missing and a reason dieting and exercise haven't been sticking for me in the past. This book really has done it all for me and if I am able to stay on this path (which I think due to this guide will happen) then it means the book has truly improved my entire life as a whole. Long story short, pick this book up and learn about the physiology and mental fortitude needed to live a healthier life, it will be more than worth it.

This book was amazing for me to be more active in my own home during the winter while stuck inside. The exercises are fairly easy yet still challenging enough to be worth it and can be done with minimal equipment in your own home. I appreciate the fact that I did not need to leave my house to exercise as the gym can be expensive and makes me self-conscious. I can tell that both my physical and mental health have improved after doing these exercises for just a week and that it should continue to improve as long as I stick with it. The best thing is that it has been really easy to stick with as I can do them while watching TV or while listening to audiobooks. I also really like the narrator and the writing as a whole. It's an amazing listen and a great practical guide.

This book really helped me push through the emotions that were blocking me from personal success with my small buisness. It is basically six hours of a "Just Do It" sentiment that I really needed on order to take a final leap. What is different about this book is that is doesn't just tell you to just do it, it shows you HOW to just do it as well. All of the strategies in the book very fairly new to me and suoer useful in breaking out of the monotony of life I trapped myself in. I was able to set goals and push through my doubts in order to grow as a person due to this book. I'd genuinely recommend it to EVERYONE regardless of how you lofe is going at the time as I truly feel this book and it strategies can and will help improve every person who listens life balance and motivation for breakthroughs.

This guide is amazing for those who are entering the country for the first time or even for those who are just vacationing. It is perfect for people who would like to feel more at home and make the USA comfortable for them. Especially in these political times tensions can be high and this book helps to lower those tensions and make everyone comfortable. Each tip was incredibly useful to me. I think that this book was one of the best things that could have happened to me for a quick and easy transition into feeling at home. Amazing writing and also amazing narration, it was fun to listen to.

I really enjoyed this guide as it taught me how to have a very good work-life balance despite the fact I am incredibly busy. I have been able to start working out while also improving my eating habits due to the advice from this book. I realized I didn't have enough time normally, so I took this book's advice and found something that worked for me on a budget. Meal prepping. I also appreciate how quick and easy the workouts in this book are and have a long streak of completing them. Overall, it's an amazing resource. I loved it.

My favorite part about this book was when it talked about investing with an Acorns account. I had been looking for the perfect application to use to invest, and this book helped me find it. It also went over many other investment possibilities and strategies, such as the different types of accounts and retirement accounts you could have to grow your income streams and ensure you have money later in your life. It was the perfect guide for someone like me who is young and inexperienced but wants to make the most of my money. Due to this app, I was finally able to open my first investment account and grow my money, despite being on a strict budget, while also starting my own business. Great book.
