I wished I had this book when I first began my Air BnB company. It would have saved me a ton of money and headaches. Without the filler, this book is rather thorough. Simon Gold provided helpful advice that was simple to implement. My favorite chapter was the one on automation.

This post explains how to train your dog to be an operational dog by demonstrating tasks the dog should accomplish for you. I'm glad I got it and am implementing the instructions to train my dog to be an administrative dog. I wholeheartedly recommend this book.

I like that author united the role of manager and the role of leader because they have so much in common. He created a new breed the leader-manager. You can't be a good leader without managerial knowledge and skills, and on the other hand, you can't be a good manager without leadership skills. He explained and pointed the necessary alignment between individual goals and organizational aims.

So much fun to listen to after a hard day! I had so much trouble sleeping and now listen when I go to bed. Not mentioned in the book and I do recommend for a peaceful night and purposeful days!
