Just what I needed`

I love this book. I actually first discovered it on Kindle and was very excited to see the audiobook version come out. In a world where being busy is so glorified and what we default to saying when asked how we are, this book is so refreshing. The art of doing nothing is my goal this year!

I used to get feelings of pure dread when Sunday night creeped up. By the time the Monday morning alarm clock went off, my heart would sink into my stomach. Every fiber in my body knew I couldn’t do that career for even one more day. Sound familiar? Yet somehow we find a way to keep going hour after hour. The only thing keeping me awake was stress induced adrenaline and pure hatred. I now wake up before my alarm clock goes off. I lay in my bed at night after work and can’t stop thinking about how much I love my career.

What a great, inspiring book! I love the practicality it offers! There were some good one liners that I want to go back to and jot down when I have a moment. Such as the example of when children are little, they say "I'm going to be..." and then we become teens/adults and change that to "I want to be..." You can tell the author truly wants the reader to find their passion and unlimited motivation in life. Excited to check out his other books!

I really enjoyed listening to this Financial Intelligence audiobook! It could easily be a bore to listen to, but i even found my self taking notes throughout. Its a real good option if your a beginner starting out in your entrepreneurial journey!

I enjoyed "Create Your Own Destiny" as Julian adds his own personal experiences which gives more credibility to his words. Its a great read if you're looking for some motivation or better yet, SHOULD be looking for some motivation. I love "learn to say no" and how he talks about blocking out toxic relationships in your life. Surround yourself with positive influences. Good reminders and motivating words.
