Pretentious hack writing
Revisado: 08-07-19
The writer is a hack who should read The Elements of Style. A dreary account about mediocre musicians and their sex and drug fueled lives. The writer is a sycophant acting like a name- dropping fan of a culture in the dustbin.

Historia
Since 1929, Hollywood’s brightest stars have flocked to the Chateau Marmont as if it were a second home. An apartment building-turned-hotel, the Chateau has been the backdrop for generations of gossip and folklore: where director Nicholas Ray slept with his 16-year-old Rebel Without a Cause star Natalie Wood; Jim Morrison swung from the balconies; John Belushi suffered a fatal overdose; and Lindsay Lohan got the boot after racking up nearly $50,000 in charges in less than two months. Much of what has happened inside the Chateau’s walls has eluded the public eye - until now.

Horrible Writing
Revisado: 05-14-19
Boring lists of the obvious. No narrative. Absolute rubbish. Endless name dropping. A dull book report from a sixth grader.

Gossip about the rich
Revisado: 04-25-19
It would help if the narrator knew how to pronounce the names of secondary characters well known to the theatrical world! For starts Bill Fitelson pronounced like he was a gym rat. And Joe Mielziner pronounced MEAlZEYENER. Really? The narrator has no clue. Stupid.
