Fantastic psychological drama
Revisado: 06-30-16
If you could sum up The Rules of Dreaming in three words, what would they be?
Utterly mind blowing
What other book might you compare The Rules of Dreaming to and why?
Has a very "Shutter Island" kind of feel about it
Have you listened to any of Neal Arango’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Yes, as with In the Shadow of Angels and Battle Earth, Neal does a phenomenal job of capturing the character's voices and performing them convincingly.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Without actually giving it away, there is a big reveal about the character narrating the story that really surprised me and Neal delivered that moment beautifully.

Good start to the series...

Would you listen to Battle Earth again? Why?
Yes, especially after hearing future installments of this series.
What did you like best about this story?
It was a satisfying and entertaining story that left enough unanswered questions and loose threads to have me coming back to listen to the sequels.
Which character – as performed by Neal Arango – was your favorite?
Neal does a great job giving each character a distinct voice and personality. I liked Captain Jones as well as Chandra.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
This book is full of intense battle scenes. Neal's narration of them was immersing and kept me in the story.
