Fantastic story and music!

I was delighted by this book and it's great music. I actually drove to work with a big smile on my face while listening to this for the first time. This is great for children but I listened by myself as well when my son was not with me.

Loved the book but not the narrator

This book lays out several strategies for creative financing to get started in real estate investing. It is clear and easy to comprehend but the narrator was not the best. I would still recommend this book to others.
