Karen slaughter does not disappoint
Revisado: 05-01-19
While this one doesn’t top her novel Pretty Girls, this book does not disappoint in the least. It’s a story that keeps you wondering who is who and how The characters are in twined with each other. It’s worth the Audible credit.

Through the series of thrillers, T.R. Ragan does a great job of developing characters as well as the story. Always great plot development and for this one, you'll never believe who the real bad guy is!

This story wasn't as much of an OMG story like the Furious trilogy but knowing that this is only Book 1 of the series, I look forward to seeing what happens next.

Thank you for telling my story!
Revisado: 05-17-18
As a TBI and PCS survivor, it is so refreshing to know that I am not alone. I am going to share this book with everyone in my life who dismisses the challenges that I go through and I’m also going to take the advice of how to start bouncing back and taking control of my health. Thank you so much for this gift.

From 1915 to 1970, this exodus of almost six million people changed the face of America. Wilkerson compares this epic migration to the migrations of other peoples in history. She interviewed more than a thousand people, and gained access to new data and official records, to write this definitive and vividly dramatic account of how these American journeys unfolded, altering our cities, our country, and ourselves.

Revisado: 03-03-17
This book should be required reading for all high school students as it is such an important part of American history. As a first generation child of the great migration I was able to connect to a part of my parents' and grandparents' history I never knew. No bias in this book, just truth!
