Well read and executed. (I've sat through books read by the author where it was very clear they needed a director, a better sound booth, etc. This was not one of those!)

At times it feels repetitive, but that's part of the point. I wish the author had included her recipes in the audio book, not just a pdf. Especially since she does include some of them as the chapters go on.

Overall helpful. Good information and advice.

Cobbled together from other organizing methods, the author actively turns her nose up at other authors while cribbing her ideas from them. Nothing original here except maybe the "bug type".

Reaffirming and Helpful

At the start, I was thinking that her strategies are very much what I've come up with for myself after years of struggle. That made it enjoyable to listen to while I got some things done. And hey, she's getting paid, these things must work! As I listened I gained words for ideas and concepts, which will help me focus on those ideas more easily. Then I got to the section on grief. I cried. I realised some things about myself.
I've learned more than I expected to from this book and definitely recommend it.

Good Fun!

A good fun read. The narrator brings a touch more mirth with his tone. A bit science fiction, a bit fantasy. You can feel the loving influence of Terry Pratchett. There is absolutely beautiful world/universe building that I want to see more of. I can't wait for the next one to come out!

Delightful and Fun

This was an unexpected delight. I picked it up in one of Audible's "Hidden Gems" sales. Well written and wonderfully read. It started off over the top and I was slightly worried it would continue so, but the author settled into a story which, while lampooning the fantasy genre brilliantly, was a well told and interesting story. I actually cared about the characters. I laughed out loud a few times. I sniffled a little at the end. It's not all suicidal sheep.
