Immensely Helpful and Incredibly Practical!

As always, Maxwell gives easily understood principles for you to follow, as well as practical steps to take to implement change into your life. This book is a must read for anyone! But especially for those who find themselves in a leadership position of communicating often, or who desire to be in a position of leadership in the future!
