A truly remarkably well done audiobook series.

The performance and story was very engaging and highly entertaining. The voice actors were phenomenal. I finished it in 2 days because I couldn't wait to hear the next chapter. I'm starting book 2 now. Great listen.

Another phenomenal addition to Black Ocean Series

Don't hesitate to add this addition to your audiobook collection. This prequal helps fill the void of the upbringing of Brad Ramsey and family. Numerous hilarious adventures and background stories for Brad's family, and friends. You get to learn about the back history of his future wife as well as get a deeper understanding of his upbringing by his problematic parents. You get to see some of both the dark and humorous side of Mort as well as the origins of the Ramsey Family and the Rucker Syndicate.

I couldn't put the audiobook down. Where else are you going to get such an entertaining deal of 91 hours for a single credit on Audible?

I really appreciated the diverse characters

It took guts to include the diverse characters into this story knowing all the hate people have around such topics today.

I felt the way Morin wrote the transgender character in Mission 7 was very well done. It was authentic and not exploitive. The way Brad responded to this friend was equally impressive and authentic.

Then in Mission 8 the way Brad responded to his brother wanting to join ballet was also equally impressive and heartfelt.

Thank you Morin and please keep writing these sorts of stories, don't let the hate-fueled readers sway you away from your creative inclusion,

A fascinating imagined future

Earth in the year 3065, humans were wiped out 1000 years ago, however, shortly beforehand, 27 scientists were able to upload their minds to robotic forms. Over the years these robots worked together and restored the planet and worked to restart humanity through genetic research. They were successful in Eve14. By the time of her arrival and consciousness, there are thousands of robots working together to restore the planet and prepare it for the resurgence of life. Throughout the series, the author brings you through the corruption of robots seeking to be downloaded into a human form, the rebirth of humanity and those seeking to restore their place and rights as leaders in the world, political unrest among those seeking to become the leaders of the new human race, and the expansion beyond Earth and those seeking independence from their former home. It's a fascinating and thought-provoking world. The narrator is absolutely phenomenal in everything he's worked on. This series will keep you wanting more. You will not be disappointed.

This book was smart, entertaining, cute and funny.

The performance was excellent, the story was well written and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I hope the author continues this story in future books as there is so much potential.
