With hardly any useful information, listening to this was a waste of time. It is terribly organized and is SO repetitive that it was torture to listen to. It was as if instead of finding useful content, they just kept repeating themselves and telling stories that repeated the same things yet again. It went into more detail about decluttering your house, then the paperwork invovled in selling it. It seems to have been written or pushed by a real estate agent as it had more reasons why to use professionals than it had advice on how to get by without them. It was definitely demotivating. 👎 👎
