Historia
A disastrous debate, a would-be assassin’s bullet, an electrifying eleventh hour candidate swap, dramatic and surprising VP selections, betrayals behind closed doors, charges of a stolen election, game-changing blunders—the history-making 2024 presidential election is a political saga of Shakespearean proportions. In minute-by-minute detail, esteemed White House historian and political analyst Chris Whipple chronicles the unprecedented drama as it unfolds.

Good event recounting - Liberal Perspective
Revisado: 04-25-25
I was hoping for a more even handed account. it was "interesting" and seemed pitched at liberal non-left KH voters. Accordingly, there was a distracting Never Trump expressions that clouded truths and neglected facts. Example: How the author covered Charlottesville. The facts would show readers that Biden read Trump's comments wrong just like nearly all other Liberals - it's just that he used it to justify running. No mention by the Author. Many other examples.....and omissions.

Bobby Knight: Bum or Great?
Revisado: 03-19-25
Great account of the season prior to Knight's last title. I think it's a very fair account of the controversial coach. you will know him better after listening.

Historia
The era known as Reconstruction is one of the unhappiest times in American history. It succeeded in reuniting the nation politically after the Civil War but in little else. Conflict shifted from the battlefield to the Capitol as Congress warred with President Andrew Johnson over just what to do with the South. Johnson's plan of Presidential Reconstruction, which was sympathetic to the former Confederacy, would ultimately lead to his impeachment and the institution of Radical Reconstruction.

good historical and time line organization
Revisado: 08-04-24
Very good but I got a sense that the writer is undecided on the primary cause of the Civil War, which was slavery. The War did "save the union" but the death of Lincoln damned the Reconstruction and led to a hundred years delay in safety and freedom of my ancestors.

Historia
In this powerful audiobook, pastor, professor, and leading cultural apologist Voddie Baucham explains the sinister worldview behind the social justice movement and how it has quietly spread like a fault system, not only through our culture, but throughout the evangelical church in America. He also details the devastation it is already wreaking - and what we can do to get back on solid ground before it’s too late.

Great Great Book for a Very Narrow Group
Revisado: 07-04-21
I am in that group of Christian evangelicals in ministry who immediately saw the increased threat of BLM, SJ Christianity and intersectionality on the church. it's a great book that helps with the apologetic towards those who preach that these are part of the church. it showed me the errors of though in my denomination and gave new meaning to Mark 13:22. Voddie, I am forever indebted to you.....this is the most important book I have ever read other than the Bible.
