If every therapist and psychotherapist on the planet could repeat this to their clients, like a mantra, again and again, there would be fewer therapists and psychotherapists. Because it works. Very quickly. Realising that what you're worrying about and stressing over doesn't really matter so much in the grand scheme of things is the door to freedom and healing. And the little profanity 'F**k It' is the key to that door.

Snippets on youtube is all you need

I found short videos on youtube referencing this book, and got curious. Those were the best excerpts from entire book. Seriously. Just listen to those messages, and you will get the point. The rest of the book, all 11 chapters, is a man rambling about the same thing over and over. Occasionally his wife shows up and says something with extrrmely monotonous voice, pretending to be Artificial Intelligence or something.
The excessive amount of use the phrase "fuck it", is annoying. Also seriously annoying usage of i.e. to give additional example. Who does that in normal speech?
I have to say, I feel wasteful purchasing it
