The title says it all, truly.
Revisado: 09-10-19
When starting this book I figured it would give me a small insight to what I had already known. Yes I considered myself an empath. However, I started playing this book and then set it aside on the nightstand next to my bed. Figured I’d slip off to sleep listening to it. Not because i thought it’d be boring but because my mind could wander in that world. So as I got comfy listening to the words, my mind started wandering, thinking about how true it was. How I had done some of these and not realized why till now. I mean like I said I knew I was an empath, but when the narrator reads the description I felt as though she was talking about me, as if she had been in my head. But to listen to it in words, described the way I felt for so long, well it was deeply empowering.
So as I finish this book, no I didn’t leave my phone playing this book on the nightstand for very long. In fact, I’m still listening to it right now. Well I paused the remainder, to give a this review, which I seldom ever do. But this is truly a gift. So I would say, if you have enjoyed helping others, truly want to defend those who can’t or just feel connected to others.
This book is a must. As aforementioned, I seldom give reviews, I’m no one special, but I can say this book could change your life, if not simply give you a better understanding to who you are.

#1 book on meditation bullshit I've ever heard
Revisado: 03-05-15
Dan Harris truly a yogi of his time. Listening to Dan tell his story kept me wanting more. And like Dan I read a New Earth, but before 10% Happier. I did get a lot from A New Earth but didn't quite understand everything until listening to Dan Harris explain his journey to mediation.
