Very interesting premise

Slow to start, but overall pleasant story

I had to force myself through the first half of the book, I found listening to it to be very tedious and somewhat annoying. A lot of extra context and words that seem to have no point until the last half or so of the story. It finally started to come together around the last 20%, and was worth the listen.

I listened to the first 37 minutes and it felt like an infomercial. I turned it off and decided to return it, I couldn't stand it any longer. This book is may be good for someone who has no instinctual hiring ability and had demonstrated failure in hiring. The four points to the A method, as little as it was referenced in the first 37 minutes, seemed very novice and common sense to me. It obviously has values to others based on the ratings and the successful professionals that referred me to it.
