Historia
The Prince is a 16th-century political treatise by the Italian diplomat and political theorist Niccolò Machiavelli. The Prince is sometimes claimed to be one of the first works of modern philosophy, especially modern political philosophy, in which the effective truth is taken to be more important than any abstract ideal. It was also in direct conflict with the dominant Catholic and scholastic doctrines of the time concerning politics and ethics.

This was one of my favorite childhood books. Not the typical storyline (or any storyline) for sure, but still very engaging. Very clear and thoughtful narration. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Great Sci-fi
Revisado: 06-20-19
Great story, really interesting and plausible characters. The story starts a bit slow but then starts to pick up. The performance was great, loved the voice variations and colors. Overall well worth the 11 hours. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Great story and Narration
Revisado: 06-20-19
This book is well written with story opening and progressing smoothly. Narration is done well with excellent vocal variations. I have to say there are a lot of characters in this story (for my taste) and I had to put some effort to keep track of them at first, but it was well worth it. Looking forward to book 2!

Amazing story and narrator
Revisado: 05-18-19
Great detective story with some interesting futuristic tech and lots of humour made this book extremely enjoyable. This writing style has a way to keep my level of attention high and make me think. The usual humans vs robots duality is being told from a new perspective. The narrator is simply outstanding. I just really like the variations in his voice. He never made me think he was reading (more like acting). If you like Sci-fi and detective stories you need to read/listen to this. Really enjoyed listening to this one
Revisado: 04-24-19
I liked the back and forth between characters/narrators. The story was quite intricate and will lots of background information on the characters, but very well written and engaging. I love Ellery's writing style: witty, astute, and full of clever metaphors/analogies. Both narrators were excellent. Historia
FBI Special Agent Matthew Roarke is closing in on a bust of a major criminal organization in San Francisco when he witnesses an undercover member of his team killed right in front of him on a busy street, an accident Roarke can't believe is coincidental. His suspicions put him on the trail of a mysterious young woman who appears to have been present at each scene of a years-long string of accidents and murders, and who may well be that most rare of killers: a female serial.

Story was really good, but I didn't really like the ending. I would have appreciated more suspenseful and compelling ending. I still look forward to read book 2 though. Performance was impeccable as usual: 10 stars to Bob

Narration was outstanding. I didn't like the story
Revisado: 07-11-15
I read half of it and decided it was enough. The story wasn't really engaging to me. Too many characters, I didn't get to know then well enough. I wish it had more action and less strategy. R.C. Bray was epic as usual.

Great plot, awesome performance!
Revisado: 05-19-15
I enjoyed every minute of it. I loved book 1, book 2 was okay, but necessary for the storyline, book 3 was amazing. I loved how the three different points of view were narrated, with the right suspense, but without making the reader wait too long to see what was going to happen next.
R.C. Bray is just one of the best narrators around, if not the best.
Now I'm diving into book 4!

Historia
There are some odd things about Nate’s new apartment. Of course, he has other things on his mind. He hates his job. He has no money in the bank. No girlfriend. No plans for the future. So while his new home isn’t perfect, it’s livable. The rent is low, the property managers are friendly, and the odd little mysteries don’t nag at him too much. At least, not until he meets Mandy, his neighbor across the hall, and notices something unusual about her apartment. And Xela’s apartment. And Tim’s. And Veek’s.

Well written story, exceptional narration
Revisado: 04-04-15
Story is very well written. Accurate descriptions, good characters (many of them) and the right suspense to keep you engaged. I didn't quite like the plot and outcome of the story. It feels like some parts of it weren't explored (and explained) as they should have been.
Again story is interesting but not amazing: no "oh F." moments or great twists.
The narrator is amazing. Compelling acting, very good in distinguish each different characters' voices and accents.
I enjoyed listening to this abook but I can't wait to find a real page turner...
