I got this book on Audible bc the plan was to have it paired with the physical copy, but also bc I could get this version immediately to start.

I really just started following you on IG within the last 12 months, and really started to pay attention within the last 6 months bc you were showing up differently.
From your presence to your content to how you were reintroducing yourself and coaching even on social.

Then you launched your book and I realized I really needed to start paying attention bc your style was different. Watching you share about your new book and the testimonials continued to resonate.

From when you first introduce “Take 7” in the introduction to when you really start to ask questions and coach in the book, I remember in chapter two when tears started to form in my eyes and flow down my cheeks and I realized - well, here we go.
I didn’t know certain areas that needed the attention and growth they do, but your book helps reveals them, along with a plan to coach through them - and you take that journey with us.

Phew. This book.
Perfect timing for something I didn’t know I needed, but offers coaching through its pages and speakers as you coach us personally with the content.
