Being a fan of fantasy, I very much enjoyed this Book, it was excellent. This Book doesn't have alot of in depth surprises around the corner, however the book is not lacking for it. It had all the details that hold your interest, and I never wanted to put it down! The characters are easy to identify with and the story flows well, enabling you to envision the events as they unfold. Equally as important, the narrator was more than excellent!
Download this book. It is masterful storytelling. You won't be disappointed!

Ever since I listened to this book last year, I've been a believer in the power of the spoken word. All my friends and family are now Audible members thanks to this wonderful book! If you haven't started this series yet, you should. Everyone in my extended family loves it! Be sure to get the first and second book at least as this one ends in a cliffhanger. To me, Robert Stanek is the C.S. Lewis and Jrr Tolkien of our generation. His works are wonderfully written with wonderful characters and a wonderfully detailed world you can lose yourself in. Very highly recommended.
