I just finished listening to this audiobook and I can confidently say it’s one of the most impactful audiobooks I've ever experienced. The timing of this book in my life couldn't have been more perfect. I’ve been through some challenging times, and this story felt like a guiding light, offering both comfort and inspiration.

From the moment I pressed play, I was drawn into the world the author created. The narrator’s voice was captivating—perfectly emotive and engaging, which made it feel like I was having a personal conversation rather than just listening to a story. The pacing was spot on, allowing me to absorb the powerful messages without feeling rushed.

All around amazing book! Love how Common addresses all aspects of health.

I loved listening to Common narrate his book. Just listening to him calms my soul. He has such a beautiful way of describing things. It is amazing to see such a strong man examining all of the different aspects of health instead of just aesthetics. It shows such strength the way he makes himself vulnerable in this book to open up the deepest parts of himself including his childhood trauma. This book is a must listen and one of my favorites.

I literally listened to this book in a little over a day! What an incredible inspiration Laura and her husband are! I believe in change too and I love how she describes hers and makes it attainable for others. She keeps me laughing and what is life without laughter 😉. I have always wanted to act and make people laugh as well ❤ lifelong goal = SNL

Truly inspiring!

Catia meets you right where you are continually pulling you in. I experienced my marriage, pregnancy (and so on) differently, but that is the point. We have love and encouragement for one another in all of our stories. I truly enjoyed listening as if I was with a friend with some knowledge to impart. Thank you Catia for inspiring me and others!
