An incredible, raw, and unfiltered story of love, loss, and perseverance.
Revisado: 03-01-25
The author boldly shares her raw and unfiltered experience caring for her terminally ill husband and the heartache and struggles after losing him to cancer. This is an incredible story of true love, loss, and life after the unimaginable. She tells it all, embracing the hard and downright ugly side of losing her person to cancer, while also weaving in beautiful memories and some humor along the way. I laughed, I cried, but more than anything I felt connected to the author through her willingness to be so open, honest, and vulnerable when describing these life experiences. For anyone that is unfortunately in a similar situation dealing with a terminally ill loved one, or has lost a loved one and is struggling to find purpose or meaning to life…Patty’s story can assure you that you are not alone in your feelings and there is no right or wrong way to deal with grief.
