Great Content Made Understandable
Revisado: 05-24-24
The value equation in this book is like nothing I’ve heard before. It gives me a tangible ways to articulate my value to clients. Brilliant!
I also purchased a physical copy after listening so I can better apply the lessons learned.
Author reads the book. He’s a fast reader, and I needed to slow to 95% speed to make sure I could better absorb and process the content. Totally worth the investment. Now to apply!

Sean Glaze = Today' Business Storyteller
Revisado: 02-11-22
As someone who’s arguably nearing the end of my professional career, it’s easy to be jaded when it comes to business books and even the idea of remaining coachable.
But the words and ideas presented by Sean Glaze in his book, “Staying Coachable,” permeated even my crusty, tired heart.
Glaze’s storytelling format made the message more relevant and resonate. It’s easy to recognize the inner monologue that comes with changes in life and disruption of our comfort zone. But the sage advice is made not just palatable but encouraging in the way Glaze uses his characters to provide solid guidance that invite us to examine our own perspective.
One of the aspects I love about this particular business parable is the way Glaze had integrated the personal parental role, the professional development, and the teenage son discovering truths for himself. I could totally envision a parent and teenage child reading or listening to the book together, then having a dialog about how the lessons of the book might apply to their own lives.
Whether looking for a business book club read, inspiration for your team, personal growth for yourself or a way to connect with your teen or young adult children, “Staying Coachable” has a lesson that many of us need to hear or be reminded of and because of his talent as a writer, Glaze serves it up in a way that we not only understand, but can forgive ourselves, and inspire ourselves to follow through on.
I most highly recommend this book!!! It’s OUTSTANDING!!!
