I loved it because it was to the point and honest. Period

It was definitely not something for someone who is not into Broadway… But if you were Broadway fan, it was excellent. Her references her stories… Everything about it was just superb. I didn’t want it to end.

Long … and filled with every last detail of her life. Her voice was slow.. and I’d listen to it at 1.5
Revisado: 01-31-24
I found her voice a bit halting, it seemed like she shoukd have had a better editor. She paused at odd words and it was a bit annoying. She spend way TOO much time on very specific details which probably would bore most people who weren’t writers, actors or cinematographers.. the book was WAY too long.. and I can’t imagine reading it!! It was compelling tho, and I was drawn to it and was totally addicted to it.. but honestly couldn’t wait for it to end.. she told EVERY food she ate, read every letter she received from anyone famous, every one she slept with, and was shocked everytime she had a sold out crowd to a concert or had another #1 record .. a little pretentious.. like “ the phone rang and it was Nelson Mandela”. She’s had a hard young life but certainly has made up for it.. if you are a fan you’ll love it .. but it should have been edited and shortened a little.. the bits of singing added to it ..
