I listened to this twice in four days. It was thought provoking and well thought out. I found it entertaining and captivating. The narrater was easy to listen to.

I had a hard time listening to this.

What would have made How to Get Instant Trust, Belief, Influence, and Rapport! better?
I made it to chapter 10 and had to revisit the reviews. I bought it based on the four and a half star rating. When I heard the list of opener phrases it was not easy to listen to, it as if someone was reading you a list and your supposed to be interested. It basically was stating you want to get into agreement with your customer as soon as possible. Big Al mentioned that he was talking to network marketers. I wonder if the people that reviewed the book were in his down line.
