Oh wow, this one was good. SO HOT with delicious tension. Not the usual formula of plot. It is book #3 in a series and it will make the most sense if you have read/listened to the others to appreciate the depth of the backstory. I really loved all of the books from this series. This one is the spiciest.

Spice solid 4/5 without gratuitous/filler scenes
Drama 1.5-2/5. I thought it contributed to plot without being over the top.
There is a creepy ex.
Spoiler/trigger warning. There are mentions of history of physical and mental abuse but it isn’t brought up a ton in the book. It was central to character development/plot.
If you don’t like spice, this one isn’t for you…if you like earbud melting tension, highly recommend!!

SO GOOD! SMOKING HOT chemistry!

This is probably the best book I have listened to so far this year.
The chemistry between the 2 main characters was so off the charts and smoking hot. It took a while to get to the spice, but the build up was scorching. The story was excellent and hilarious and the narration was stellar. I am not familiar with the female narrator but she did a fantastic job. Zach Webber/Jacob Morgan only does the last chapter but I promise the female narrator is really great.
Definitely worth a credit.

LOVED this one. Reminded me of Pucked. Super hot chemistry and smoking hot spicy scenes that will melt your earbuds. Filled with hilarious moments I love from this author. The main characters have depth and are very real which is nice. Narration was excellent. I LOVE the male narrator. He may give Zach Webber a run for his money.

This book was so, so good. The first thing I did after finishing was listen to it again. The character development of the male lead was phenomenal and the end of the book took my breath away. Not the usual predictable ending. Joy Nash is my all time favorite female narrator and the male narrator was excellent as well. I seriously will probably listen to it again. Love some Penny Reid!
