Loved that Russian dude

The awesome character creation is back in this one. I love the Russian dude. But I knew he wasn't from Indiana, because I live in Indiana, and no one from Indiana would ever say, "My beloved Indiana." And anyone from Indiana would know thats bullshit. Now if he said something about the Indy 500 then I might of had second thoughts. lol Great book.

Not that smut is a bad thing. Its just not what I was in the mood for when I got this book and smut isn't my thing.

Now if the amazing imagery that was on the cover had something to do with the outlandish questions inside then awesome. Those moments however where very few and far between. The metric system through really kind of ruined it for me, since I never learned it in school I have no foundation to comprehend most of it. Also about 70% is high level math based and when people are saying numbers to me rather than me reading them it all goes right over my head. SO I recommend getting a physical copy over the reader if your dyslexic. Absolutely to no fault of the reader at all.

If you saw the movie first, as always, the book is total awesome. The characters inner dialogue is something you can't miss out on. Truly a wonderful main character and the rest of the cast dose not disappoint.

Cant wait to see where this is going

I like it a lot. Readers good, characters are very realistic, and I have the next book in my library waiting in line to be listened too. I can't wait to see what they are going to do after how that all ended. BUT LISTEN! If you can't handle curing, your mama jokes, dirty or crude jokes, then this is not for you! I know a lot of guys like this bunch and they are great guys, but they go where ever the jokes take them. They are just smart asses, well, one is anyway. And you have to love them for who they are, flaws and all.

Great story, great reader, and a big thumbs up from me.

3 years and still not finished it

This book may be for some but not for me. To me its just boring and I have no reason to be invested in anyone or anything. You get story here and their as it goes but its in such small snippets I have long since stopped caring. I keep thinking I will come back to it, its not terrible, and I remember where I left off, but so many other books are more gripping and keep me focused. Honestly the first hour was the best part for me. Still sitting at half way in... Oh look! More White trash zombie!

Wasn't what I was expecting at all. The primary character tells you abut how tuff she is all the time but never dose anything to show it. And many times when a particular male character walks in the room she can't control her feelings and once she was like "my panties became wet". Really? This doesn't come close to the dialogue that goes on in my head during a high stress freakout. When people tell me that men think about sex more than women I think, "Must of been done by a man so he can doctor the results to save face." But for crying out loud no one fearing being discovered as a tooth fairy thinks about how moist her underpants got when the help she called for arrives. Maybe I'm missing something about just how good looking this guy was, or how magically good looking, but nothing came accost that way to me. Sure there is the glamour but she can resist it from other characters but for some reason can't from this guy, or just control herself at all. For a strong female lead she's pretty lousy. This story really should be in romance and I can't finish it. Its not what I thought it was going to be at all.

But don't count the reader out. Poor girl did great with what she had. She's the only reason I made it half way though.

Attention to detail

I know this is a stupid reason to give you to listen, but the writer really dose his homework. He talks about how a group of calvary steers their horse with their knees while taking a shot with a bow. Sounds dumb but unless you work with horses a lot and have had a very well trained horse most people wouldn't know to look for such a detail. I greatly appreciate it as a horse rider and a former shower

I liked this a lot. I found myself not just listening to it while on my breaks at work. I would go home and try to get just a little farther.
