this book has literally changed my life after being on health diets since I was 7years old... now 42. I ve been looking for help to clear my mind of all the stuff I ve picked up over the years and be a happy omnivore who enjoys her yummy varied meals. this book does that for me. now it's easy to eat less sugar, as I know I m allowed it and carbs too
