I really wanted to like this book. I think some of her ideas are beautiful and worth while but overall the book was not my cup of tea. I couldn’t bear to listen to her “call in coaching”. She interrupted the callers multiple times to tell them the way they were feeling was wrong. One call with a woman who was sad about her husband leaving the church was especially difficult to listen to. After the call I felt confused with her recommendations and like she didn’t care at all to really help her.

I didn’t think anything was especially helpful. He says he won’t talk politics but does A LOT. He also says he doesn’t care which political party you are from but makes it clear which political party he belongs too. I did finish it to hopefully find “the secret” but was left feeling unsure what it the secret to getting out of debt is other than to just pay it.
