Listened to "Bits and Pieces" today.
It was so wonderful, funny and touching.
I Have been sick for a week and listening to it has touched me to my core. You were blessed to have a Mom like your Momma. I was blessed for mine warts and all.
I hope my kids feel the same about me when I am gone.

Your stories about your childhood took me back to those times and reminded me of my upbringing . I am 69 and I remembered all the things you spoke of.
What a wonderful story highly recommend it.
The nursing story was just like mine I laughed so hard.

The book is inspirational but the language is so bad I stopped reading it. if he would take out the MF and Fbombs I would recommend it . it would be great for young people if not for the bad language . Military or not you do not have to have a gutter mouth. Could have been great .

The Testament By John Grisham

My son told me to get this book. he said it didn't grab him at first but I know why the character Troy reminded him of my ex who treated him badly. But he kept going and he loved it as much as I did. I love John Grisham and now it will be my please to give my daughter this book for her birthday since we are all three fans. thank you for this wonderful vivid story. I have always wanted to write about my life and ready this has given me the strength to do it. I don't care about money but hope someone could learn through my mistakes and those around me. Money and greed are the root of all evil . My ex could never worship anything but a dollar.
I instead found love with a man not wealthy in anything but his love for me. I also find myself praying more . absolutely love this book . At last something to read with a powerful story and no blood or murder.

I listened to this book for a whole weekend . i could not let it go. I am Angel in so many ways. Being sexually assaulted as a child then raped at 19 it altered my thinking so much about my worthiness to be loved or to accept Gods love. I have been struggling so much emotionally and mentally and pushed God away as Angel did. I am Angel when it comes to feeling worthy of anything good and anything holy. It is easier for someone to call me evil names than to be praised. Thank you so much for this book. My wonderful Daughter in love told me about it but would not give up her copy. i downloaded it the same day. I felt she had a purpose in tell me to read it. She has read it 6 times herself. God Bless you

I wish I had heard this before I married

it took five times to find love real true lasting and peaceful love based on trust mutual respect and kind loving understanding. I married 4 times for other reasons. Stupid reasons that all blew up in my face. But I had to do it the hard way. Put my kids through hell and myself. listen or read this book before you take a plunge . A person doesnt change after marriage after time after kids . if anything it gets worse . It is like buying a dress if you dont love it the day you bought it sooner or later it goes to Goodwill with the tags on it. love you Iyana

completely surprised in the end the man I felt so horrible for him and a kinship. I found out at 58 my father was not my real father on ancestry DNA. it had changed my whole life . it will never be the same

alot of good advice for a young man

even though the title has the word f@@k in it i thought it would be bleeped out during the reading it is distracting and in bad taste. good for a title it is a attention getter but i can do without it maybe say crap. But the book was good minus the word . the author has lived alot in 30 years . maybe i will send him a copy of mine if i can get up the nerve to write it . at 63 anf coming from a home of dysfunction and marrying a man that was also raised that way but not as much or as long i thank god for him daily. this man is an old soul. well worth the price and great advice the do something i am having it put on a place for my home. thank you. the reader was wonderful alot of times i fall asleep whdn people read but his voice is just right to listen to soft not harsh and with enough juice to keep you alert and listening . look forward to the next one.
