I have been a real estate agent for 40 years and started my next year, almost as a new agent because I didn’t do the things recommended here. I consider the subject of this book to be the state of the art in real estate coaching today.

Eisenhower coaching focuses on sphere of influence engagement as a way to build your business for a lifetime of success.

80% of our business comes from our Friends relatives and neighbors. The average agent spends 80% of the time seeking 20% of their income, from complete strangers! NAR also says you have a chance of 2 to 20% conversion just to pick up that extra 20% that your friends don’t give you! But, spends virtually no time with your sphere! Out of whack, don’t you think?

We need to change our habits and make a habit of reaching out to our sphere on a regular basis, perhaps invite 10 friends a week for a cup of coffee an good conversation. Pick up a raving fan, become their go to agent!

Brian is spot on with his Sphere of influence mindset! Oddly, I don’t know of another trainer who is so focused on building relationships with their SOI.

Get out of that frustration, wasted money and lost time, dealing with strangers full-time.

I have also purchased a number of scripts from Brian and found them helpful.
