this is another master piece in this series..the voice acting is amazing. the story keeps your on the edge of your seat. (tho I wasn't alive at the time) this production is reminiscent of the Glory Days of radios...in the 30's and 40's

I enjoyed both the hearing of the story and narrator telling of the story. very informative and historically accurate about the native American owning slaves.

I was enthralled from the beginning. I found it to be a intriguing spin on bible characters. It was easy to follow along. The cast did a good job of acting out the parts.

did not like at all

I'm confused as to why a denominational church that started in Henry the 8th cock piece... felt the need to exalt itself in such a way l?!? Granted it is a historical narrative and the story is what it is .. . but most of the people that were highlighted with nothing more than criminals at best and ungodly heathens at worst. boy this is 30 hours I wish I had never invested.

A good overview

this is a good overview of systematic Theology. If it your first time delving into the topics this is a good lecture series. the chapters are relatively short and or put in a good order as they tend to build on the topic and subject. I don't always agree with some of Grudem's stands and POV on some of the topic...but hey he had a doctorate in Theology and they are by no means out of line. I just have my own stances based on my own study of other prominent Theologian teachers. Very worth the read and study!

Greatest exposition of Roman

This is truly one of the greatest series of messages ever preached. I believe the Holy Sprite breath through John Piper to bring Romans alive for a new generation of Christian. I would recommend this book to any one who is interested in growing in Christ and deepening their faith walk

Would you try another book from Reza Aslan and/or Reza Aslan?

Huumm that a tough question...I didn't like the information in this book but I like the methodology in which he went about in writing this book

What could Reza Aslan have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

The main thing was drop the pretense that he was writing from a Christian point of view...when in fact the whole book is set up to try and disprove Christianity as a whole

I guess.. He narrarated well

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

Yes...the historical points were really nice...but in trying to piece together a historical Jesus he try to stripe Jesus of both his divinity and Son-ship...thus proving the Jesus he claims to come to know is an idol

He makes to many of he assertions as fact..he opinion as though he was really there and had privy to some inside knowledge.. I feel bad for any who read this in search of biblical truth ...he blantonly mislead lead readers with half truths and serious omissioso missions just to try and "make his case" for Jesus the zealot
