Historia
In this myth-busting book, Daniel Lieberman, professor of human evolutionary biology at Harvard University and a pioneering researcher on the evolution of human physical activity, tells the story of how we never evolved to exercise - to do voluntary physical activity for the sake of health. Using his own research and experiences throughout the world, Lieberman recounts without jargon how and why humans evolved to walk, run, dig, and do other necessary and rewarding physical activities while avoiding needless exertion.

This is pants
Revisado: 08-12-07
This is the worse self help book I have ever listened to--there are more references to God and praying than in my grammar school catechism class---and such sugary stories of redemption and miraculously discovered courage it makes one want to grab the mouth wash to kill the taste----and its 50 bucks!!! Go for Wayne Dyer et. al. if you must go at all!!!

Read it if you want a respite
Revisado: 03-16-07
The book is excellent. The narrator fantastic. His French pronunciation is superb and adds measurably to the experience.
It was a respite and a drift back into time--as well as a reminder of just what is important. Touching, talented--- but not syrupy--just like Jacque!!!
