Definitely prefer Tamara over Caroline as the narrator!
Revisado: 03-05-25
Love the narrator, Tamara. Caroline is good but her British accent mixing with the Australian is just too much in one head when I’m trying to focus on the story. Love the language choices and descriptions of Liane. She gives enough to put me in the lives of the characters without overdoing it.

Wow! What an amazing, relatable story

The language choice was like a Wether’s Original Caramel. The words rolled around in my mind, gathering deeper flavor with every turn. I woke up thinking about this story one morning. Excellent read.

Easy to listen to. Great stories that were either relatable or easy to learn from. Validating and challenging.

Suddenly the scene vanished, and Rachel fell to her knees and prayed.

Historia
Despite constant efforts to declutter your home, do papers still accumulate like snowdrifts and clothes pile up like a tangled mess of noodles?Japanese cleaning consultant Marie Kondo takes tidying to a whole new level, promising that if you properly simplify and organize your home once, you'll never have to do it again. Most methods advocate a room-by-room or little-by-little approach, which doom you to pick away at your piles of stuff forever.

Specific Audience
Revisado: 01-05-16
I really love the concepts in this book. I plan on applying most of them to my life. The audience is very Japanese-specific in some chapters and I didn't necessarily appreciate the entry on "making the top of your book case a personal shrine". I can use my imagination and relate this to my own life in a different way but there were no examples outside of that in the entry itself.
