I'm a fan, but...

"Here's the thing..." I enjoy Mr. Baldwin's work. Always have. I enjoy the 'behind the curtains' view in 'show business' (as I have NO IDEA why anyone would EVER want that kind of fame). This provides insight into both and does it in an entertaining, soul bearing way.
This is personal, touching, insightful and philosophical.
I wish I rolled in those circles, because I want to be a fly-on-the-wall for a month around him.
Really. Good. Stuff.

Very Interesting - Detailed Account

The research was in depth and thorough. I was very interested in the subject matter and also ALL of the surrounding story. Jill Lepore is skilled in her craft.
Sadly, reading her writing is something she still needs to strive towards. I would go ahead and pay for a pro in the future. In a professional voice artists hands, this book would be a much more enjoyable experience.
It's worth it now. Please get it and listen, but you'll hear the stumblings. It got to be a bit distracting.

Mr. Bloodworth's reading is technically precise and easy to understand, it's as dry as toast roasted in the summer sun on the flats of the Atacama Desert.
