Historia
For generations, we have focused on the individual drivers of success: Passion, hard work, talent, and luck. But in today’s dramatically reconfigured world, success is increasingly dependent on how we interact with others. In Give and Take, Adam Grant, an award-winning researcher and Wharton’s highest-rated professor, examines the surprising forces that shape why some people rise to the top of the success ladder while others sink to the bottom.

Great Book = originals level
Revisado: 05-10-16
This book has the same quality as the book originals. It decided to pick this book after reading the go-giver. Sample that book, if your unsure if giving would be an interesting topic to learn about. Go-giver is really short, you can knock it out in a day if you try. Give and Take delves into giving in away that Is analytical, scientific, and thought-provoking

Historia
With Give and Take, Adam Grant not only introduced a landmark new paradigm for success but also established himself as one of his generation’s most compelling and provocative thought leaders. In Originals he again addresses the challenge of improving the world, but now from the perspective of becoming original: choosing to champion novel ideas and values that go against the grain, battle conformity, and buck outdated traditions. How can we originate new ideas, policies, and practices without risking it all?

How can anyone think this is boring?
Revisado: 04-06-16
If your a fan of Malcolm Gladwell you'll love this book. I was reading the 48 laws of power, and I found that boring. I find books that tell stories from before the 1920 boring and inapplicable to my life. You can learn so much from this book. Invest in yourself, learn, and hear some kick ass stories that make you question what direction they will take. I also love how they mention blockbuster, as I just finished a Blockbuster video on my YouTube channel, the url is Adrianvsjak.

Historia
People start dropping dead around Charlie, giant ravens perch on his building, and it seems that everywhere he goes, a dark presence whispers to him from under the streets. Strange names start appearing on his nightstand notepad, and before he knows it, those people end up dead, too. Yup, it seems that Charlie Asher has been recruited for a new job, an unpleasant but utterly necessary one: Death.

Convoluted story for a comedy, Over-the-top voice acting
Revisado: 01-12-16
The only similar book I read to this is good omens by Terry Pratchett. Couldn't finish Good omens because it was funny enough to justify the ridiculousness of the story. This book broke my suspension of belief plenty of times, but the comedy aspect kept me going. It also was hard to understand only because it introduced so many new ideas I've never heard of (e.g., Sewer Harpies, Soul Vessels, Shiksas). But if you like fantasy novels where non-real entities/objects run rampant, then you easily get all the ideas. In the end the comedy barely outweighed the weirdness of the plot for me. Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy is superior to this book. Also, the voice acting is pretty damn racist. Minty fresh' character was ok, but the Asian and Russian lady, and angsty teen girl was over the top.
