I just adore this series and at book 15 it certainly hasn't lost any of its charm. It just seems to be getting better. The mystery here had me completely hooked and guessing until the end.
I loved the interactions between the characters. Most of my favourites were assembled together for Christmas. The barbed comments between Wallace Simpson and Georgie's mother are particularly hilarious. All families have their quirks but Georgie's really take the biscuit. Having them all in close confines over Christmas was a stroke of genius and so funny to read.
I always enjoy it when Georgie has tea with the Queen and is assigned a special task on her behalf. I hope the queen has lots more for Georgie to do in the future.
I enjoyed the narration. Jasmine Blackborow has big boots to fill and she does an admirable job.

This is a lovely collection of short stories based on the theme of traditional holidays. There is a strong element of Christian values embedded in the tales. I have enjoyed all of the books in the Willow Valley series and it was really nice to visit the town again and enjoy some heartwarming stories. The author always adds a little bit of historical information for the reader as well which I love. Carolyn Kashner provides a consistently good performance.

I've really enjoyed this series. It's a very gentle read with just the right amount of romance and mystery. I really like how the author blends fiction with historical facts and real-life figures from the past. It's very well researched. I have an interest in American history centred on the colonial era as well as anything related to the Irish diaspora so it's always interesting to read about different aspects of American social history.
I enjoy this kind of book when I need a break from psychological thrillers and murder mysteries. This was a lovely story; a light and entertaining read.

I loved this book. Time travel romance is one of my favourite genres so I couldn't wait to jump into this story.
I probably should have started at book one to get a complete picture and full enjoyment but this book can easily be listened to as a standalone.
The narration was very good and made very easy listening. The characters were performed excellently.
The story line was different and intriguing. I couldn't wait to see what happened next and I wanted to listen to the story in one sitting.

This was a very good, entertaining listen and I will be checking out the earlier books in the series.

I enjoyed this light, fast paced, murder mystery set along the sunny coast of Florida. I liked how well developed Kara's back story and I felt like I really got to know her. There is a real sense of community and I could imagine her coming 'home' as she is surrounded by old childhood friends and friends of her father's. The mystery was well thought out, interesting and held my attention very well. I also liked that Kara is encouraged to continue sleuthing and given the means to start investigating her own father's murder at the end of the book which means that I will looking forward to finding out what happens in the next book.

Historical inaccuracies aside, this book was quite simple and dull and it just didn't draw me in the way I would have liked.
The romance was nice and sweet but not very exciting and easily forgettable.
The evil grandfather had a massive u-turn in attitude and personality at the end of the book which seemed very out of character and way too simplistic and convenient for all concerned.
The narrator could have been more accurate with her pronunciation.

I really enjoyed this book. It was cute, fun and full of suspense and mystery.
I loved Ziva. She was smart, sassy, down to earth and I loved her attitude to men, exercise and food.
The mystery here was well written. I didn't have a clue who the murderer was. I felt that any of the side characters could have been involved and I was kept guessing until the end.
I was delighted to have found this new series and I can't wait to read more.

I am enjoying listening to this series. I love the characters and I feel like I get to know them a little bit better with each story.
The murder mystery in Body Wave was complex, very intriguing and had enough suspects to keep me guessing. There were a few funny scenes particularly those involving the older lady whom Marla nurses. It was a lot of fun.
On the romance side of the story I am glad that Marla is taking her time and not committing straight away to a new man. She deserves to have some fun before walking straight into the role of step mom.
This is a series I will happily continue to read.

I love Regency romance with mystery and this book fitted the bill perfectly.
I loved how the story started with a glimpse into Sebastian's childhood. I could see his motivations for the paths he took in life.
The romance was nice. It had a little bit of humour which I enjoyed and I loved the story of the missing brother.
All in all a lively and intriguing Regency Romance and a series that I will follow.

The narration was just OK for me. I heard a lot of words mispronounced and the narrator's pace was a little bit slow for me.

Edith and the Mysterious Stranger is a sweet, simple story probably more suited to teens rather than older readers with life experience.
Edith is unmarried because she is too picky and judges men on first impressions only. This made her sound very shallow as a person. I didn't really like the use of this old stereotype about women who are single. Edith is an educated and independent woman with a career. Finding love/getting married should have been the icing on the cake but instead finding a man to marry and making him happy became the focus of her life.
I felt that all the discussion about getting to know a person from the inside and as a friend first was a little bit preachy for my taste but the advice given may have some relevance to today's young Instagram generation.
I enjoyed catching up with Gilbert and Melinda. I quite liked the method of correspondence as a tool for courtship although the identity of 'the mysterious stranger' was very predictable.
