Well while this one was more of the same. By that I mean an introspective look at a damaged person dealing with too much power dealing with a weird case of D.I.D. It was a little much at time and just hit wrong. The ending was OK but I don't know if I'll continue with the serie.

Ok is it me or just my speakers because to me it sounds like most of the time the narrator calls Paul Haul. I have read some of the reviews and no one mentions this so maybe it's just me. Also I'm most of the way through the second book and this story is just missing the point. When you write a litprg you want to make the world compelling. The power amazing and the characters interesting.

Was there a competition for how many times you can write young man. I actually like this book. The big thing the author needs To work on is individual character vocabulary. Why does every single character call him young man over and over again. The overall story was simple but fun. It was filled with plot holes but I still like it. It as the late Author Robert Jordan puts it A wise wizard comes to town and says Hey you young man let's go save the world.

I tried to get through this book but 4 hour in I just couldn't stand the reader and the author. I feel that the main problem is the writer. They don't a bad job at Illustration. If I had to make an analogy I would say this book reads like a instruction manual. Also the readers voice sound no more excited than the dry eyes guy. This story might be great if it had a different writer and reader. Sorry but that's how I feel.

First thing if you create a game that is not different from the real world and the players that go into it don't know its a game then is it really a game? The answer is no. At best it is a clever way to live multiple lives. I mean how is that even fun. How can you be different if you don't know it is a game. Second how was limiting the game to only kids a solution. I could understand if it were limited to only the elderly because it gives them more life. This story is really hard to relate to. Why because the whole concept is a Lil ridiculous or just really sad. Your telling that everyone became addicted to what can best be described as reality TV. Sad but people can be so mundane. I would have been furious if someone finally created VR and all they did with it was make earth. No actual gamer would ever play it because it's not a game it's just life. Also, if they lived all of these lives then why when they come back there is no reflection of their increased years. Things life phantom pains and knowledge. When they come out they are instantly reverted back to who they were before they went in.

Almost a good book

This story was almost a good story; it just fell short I most areas. First, let's start with the narration. I don't know who's bright idea it was to have the narrator not carry over the current characters voice with doing that characters inner thought voice. It was very jarring and not to mention confusing for every other character to have the same internal voice as the main character. I really can't stress this enough how weird and stupid this was. The character will have a refind male and the next second that same character sounds like a 13-year-old girl with a winey voice in their inner thoughts. second the story was almost good the main character should have made more profound discovery in the game to guide her in her real life. Everything was just a lil too easy for her and everyone was too accepting of her being overly rude when she spurned them. There needed to be more consequences for her erroneous choices. Everything felt a bit forced.

I like these book but, it is hard to read right after you read the Super Powered book series. While Kevin puts a lot of work into his plot twist he totally skips out on power utilization. If kid sensation went to the school in super powered he would be unstoppable. But maybe the problem is that he is a jack of all and master of none.
