I'm blown away by this audiobook! I've been looking into investing my money into an Airbnb business and I'm humbled to say that I knew only the very tip of the iceberg about the business. With over twenty chapters on how to go about being successful, the author really covers every question you'd ever want to ask in one source. They really did their homework!
Some points that I gleaned and especially appreciated were; If you face an electrical fault in your home, go to the professional beforehand, hire a general handy man, plumber, etc. This way, the customers have a great time without any worries. Also have a legal team and finding out where to find them. Another; learning about pricing, that there is not a flat rate. Beyond pricing is the right place, it helps handling everything under one roof. Regardless of one or a hundred listings. Highly recommend!

I really loved this audiobook! There is so much heart and explanation put into this, I can tell that the author really care about what they wrote. Some points that really stood out to me were; Self compassion is a fundamental value fore being a sensible, good human. The world is full of the opposite but that doesn't mean that we have to be that way. When we seek out that feeling of togetherness and practicing of kindness, we have more emotional support.
The section of being inspired by famous personalities was great too, like the survival of mankind is unimaginable without compassion. Just that simple though evokes much inspiration to do the same. I highly recommend!

I am so grateful to have come across this audiobook! I have been wanting to begin saving and earning money wisely and was looking around for a good audiobook that could teach me the basics. I'm starting on ground level and have nowhere to go but up! First off, I loved the narrators voice, she was very pleasant to listen to.
Some of my favorite things gleaned from this audiobook were: You learn about safety nets in stocks, like the limits that you need to go to and when to stop. For example, knowing whether a stock is a good purchase price or if I should wait for it to go down. I found how my parents or relatives can help me with my college fund, as long as it is for my education fund. This one excites me, finding my own passion through activities where I can start building up savings. Knowing that my portfolio should be built around my financial goals, interests and budget. This is only the tip of the iceberg for things you will learn. Highly recommend, thanks Maggie!

Such a beautiful audiobook filled with realistic and newfound thoughts! For example, if you can choose to stay on your authentic journey, you will have confidence to know your path and not be looking at any others. Although these traits don't come naturally, with enough practice, I have been successful more than ever before. The narrators voice is pleasant in the walkthrough as well.
Another, I have been stressed at work, constantly being in my head and I learned that the importance of self care is important for mental care and being successful in work. I needed to work on this, now I have a calm. I am reminded that I am powerful and that because I am in control, I have the ability to recall what I learned. I highly recommend!

There are sooo many beautiful affirmations that target just about every weight loss subject that you can think of. Before affirmations start, the narrators calming voice takes you through the reasons why each meditative state will begin on the subject matter.
Ones that I particularly needed help with and enjoyed were affirmations for exercise, eating healthy and developing self love. The voice of the narrator also is very soothing and easy to go into a relaxed state with, music included. Highly recommend!

I learned so much with this amazing audiobook! From true beginner to I would say midground NFT intellect. There were so many points that I appreciated, here are a few: Cryptomining is not an easy pursuit but in the modern world, it is comparable to the California gold rush, being worth the time and investment. I learned so many terms that I'd never heard of before and the analogies used throughout made remembering and utilizing them easier.
The narrators voice was pleasant to listen to and has an intellectual undertone that is fitting to the subject. The difference between Metaverse and Web 3.0. That a shift between the internet of 2004 backwards and now are quite different. The content now is what gives us so many opportunities. Highly recommend!

Learning how to open up the mind to lose weight and see them in your actions. I learned that my thoughts create my reality, by believing that my body has a fast metabolism, I manifested this belief! The narrators calming voice made these affirmations both believable and attainable.
I loved the gentle music that went along with the audiobook. Something that stayed with me is that I now know how to manage stress and replace it with positive calm. She teaches how to tackle every problem in life that keeps us in an overweight state, replacing it with control and weight loss. I'm loving this, highly recommend!

This is such a life changing audiobook! I loved the counting session parts where the narrators calming voice guides you through a meditative calm with positive affirmations. The music added puts me into a relaxed state where believing that losing weight and gaining a healthy lifestyle is attainable and realistic. You are told things like, 'losing weight is easy for me, I will maintain this lifestyle forever.'
There is a section about overcoming junk food cravings and the affirmations within were SO helpful! I was told things that I'd never considered but highly agreed with and knew that I needed to overcome. You're helped to reimagine events where you're more in control and able to live a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend, this is a life changing audiobook in the way of shifting eating habits and having permanent health. Thank you!

I am now following this series of Yoga Nidra by Alamay Aquilay. She uses sounds of nature to go on a very peaceful journey through the art of Yoga Nidra. I find myself after listening to these, going into a deep, meditative sleep.
The dusk sounds near the sea of this audiobook were especially calming to me. I'm going to be listening to these weekly. Highly recommend!

I really loved this audiobook! The narrators voice was very calming and the music fit well for a deep reflective, mindset. The affirmations throughout were just really beautiful and very positive. For example, 'my admiration for myself is limitless. I graciously accept compliments.'
My favorite one that heard, especially coming upon the new year and having some new goals to work towards; 'Motivation is a mental muscle that I work carefully. I work towards my goals and give myself rewards along the way to keep motivated.' Highly recommend!
