On this weight loss journey it's great to have someone like Donato that is realistic. Life throws lots of curves. Some of us struggle with a higher weight than is "healthy." a real struggle. Every week there is at least one nugget in these podcasts. Great thanks!!

If you haven't listened to any of these podcasts , you owe it to yourself to indulge in at least one. With gritty pragmatism he shares his journey of weightloss and discovery.
