I returned after a few chapters. Literally every character in this book is completely horrible, has no redeeming qualities and needs to be shoved in a lake.
(Imogen, of course, is fire with he narration as usual, but she didn't have a lot to work with here.)

The book itself may be worthy of a read, but certainly not a listen. It sounds like they've gotten Siri to narrate the book.

Story okay - meandered. Narrator was -so slow-.

Would you try another book from Christine Trent and/or Polly Lee?
Not unless she tightens up her writing. This story went everywhere and back, when it really could have been a much shorter book. We wrapped up the mystery and still had over an hour left - I kept checking how much time there was left. Not a good sign.
The narrator did the primary voice fine - if incredibly achingly slow. I had to speed it up to 1.25 to just make it through without screaming. The male voices/accents were awful, and i'm not sure why Suzanna had a lisp. I'll avoid this narrator from now on.
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)
Couldn't wait for it. And then book went on and on.

I don't think so, and I won't be looking for one.
